Then marvel at the futuristic Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by Zaha Hadid, followed by photo stops at Baku Conference Hall and the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through Little Venice and along Baku Boulevard, where the modern city meets the waterfront. Capture the iconic Flame Towers before continuing to Highland Park, a favorite local viewpoint. After a lunch break (13:00–14:00), walk through the bustling Nizami Street with its elegant shops and cafés. End your day with a guided walking tour of Baku’s Old City (Icherisheher), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Day 2

After breakfast at the hotel (08:00), your guide will pick you up at 09:00 to begin your full-day adventure into the natural and cultural wonders surrounding Baku. Start with a visit to the Gobustan National Park, home to ancient rock carvings and petroglyphs that date back over 40,000 years. Continue to the surreal Mud Volcanoes, a geological phenomenon unique to Azerbaijan. Next, visit the Gobustan Museum, followed by stops at the Bibi-Heybat Mosque and the site of the world’s first industrially drilled oil well—a nod to the country’s petroleum legacy. After a lunch break (14:00–15:00), journey to the Absheron Peninsula, where you’ll visit the mystical Fire Temple of Ateshgah, a sacred site for ancient Zoroastrians. Conclude your day at Yanardag (Burning Mountain), where natural gas flames blaze from the hillside—a truly mesmerizing sight. At the end of the tour, return to your hotel in Baku for your final night.
