Welcome to Egypt Express Travel.
By booking any travel package or using our website, you agree to the following
Terms & Conditions:
Booking &
Confirmation
All bookings are subject to
availability.
A booking is confirmed only upon:
–Receiving written confirmation
from Egypt Express Travel
–Payment of the required deposit
Payments
–All prices are in USD (United
States Dollars)
–Deposit: Typically 25–50%
upon booking (depending on package)
–Full payment: Required no
later than 14–30 days prior to arrival
–Late payments may result in
automatic cancellation
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be
submitted in writing via email.
The following cancellation fees
apply:
–More than 30
days before arrival → 10% cancellation fee
–15–30
days before arrival → 30% cancellation fee
–7–14
days before arrival → 50% cancellation fee
–Less than 7
days before arrival → 100% cancellation fee
–No-show → 100%
charge
Note:
–Some services (domestic flights,
special event tickets, Nile cruises during peak seasons, etc.) may be non-refundable
regardless of cancellation timing.
–Group bookings may have different
policies.
Refund Policy
–Refunds (if applicable) will be
processed within 14–30 business days
–Refunds will be made using the same
payment method
–Bank charges, transaction fees,
and currency exchange differences are non-refundable
–Any non-refundable components
will be clearly communicated at booking stage
Amendments &
Changes
–Any changes after confirmation
are subject to availability
–Additional costs may apply
–Date changes are treated as
cancellations in some cases
Visa Assistance
Egypt Express Travel may assist
clients with visa guidance and documentation support.
However:
–Visa approval is at the sole
discretion of Egyptian authorities
–We do not guarantee visa
approval
–Clients are responsible for
submitting accurate documents and attending any required interviews
–Visa fees are non-refundable
Travel Documents
Clients must ensure they have:
–Valid passport (minimum 6 months
validity)
–Required visa
–Any health or entry requirements
Egypt Express Travel is not
responsible for denied boarding or entry.
Liability
Egypt Express Travel acts as an
intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers.
We are not liable for:
–Delays, cancellations, or service
failures by suppliers
–Loss, injury, or damage during
the trip
–Force majeure events (natural
disasters, pandemics, political situations, etc.)
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly
recommended and should cover:
–Trip cancellation
–Medical emergencies
–Personal belongings
Pricing & Changes
Prices may change due to:
–Currency fluctuations
–Government taxes
–Fuel surcharges
Confirmed bookings will remain
unchanged unless due to unavoidable circumstances.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the
laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
