Climb the Cascade Monument for panoramic views of the city and Mount Ararat. In the afternoon, travel to Aragatsotn Region to visit the 13th-century Saghmosavank Monastery, dramatically perched above the Kasakh River Gorge. Overnight in Yerevan.

Start your day with a scenic drive to Lake Sevan, one of the world’s largest high-altitude freshwater lakes. Visit the Sevanavank Monastery, once the summer residence of King Ashot the Iron.
